Ingredients
• 4 tablespoons melted butter
• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 2 cups butterscotch chips
• 2 cups chocolate chips
• 2 cups toasted chopped pecans
• 2 cups sweetened coconut
• 2 cups sweetened condensed milk
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Pour butter into a 9 x 13 x 2 baking dish, making sure to cover the entire bottom surface. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly over the butter and press down.
Layer the other ingredients in the baking dish, in the following order: butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, pecans, coconut, sweetened condensed milk. Bake until coconut is lightly browned, about 25 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting into desired size. Makes 12 (3 x 3) brownies.
