Ingredients
• 1 Cup graham cracker crumbs
• 2 Tbsp melted butter
• 1 Cup heavy cream
• 1 Cup chocolate chips
• Marshmallow fluff
Preparation
Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter thoroughly.
Pack firmly into 4 ramekins.
Bake 10 minutes at 350.
Bring cream to boil and pour over chocolate chips to create chocolate ganache.
Stir to mix thoroughly and add equal amounts to all 4 ramekins. Top each ramekin with generous amount of marshmallow fluff and broil to desired toastiness.
Serves 4.
